Unser Anspruch

Diese Website ist auf die Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Stufe AA hin gebaut. Barrierefreiheit ist hier keine nachträgliche Prüfung, sondern Teil des Design-Systems: Kontraste werden gerechnet statt geschätzt, jede Ausnahme wird mit Begründung festgehalten.

Was umgesetzt ist

• Kontraste werden gemessen. Jede Farbkombination erreicht mindestens AA, wo möglich AAA. Der Fließtext steht bei 15,53:1, die ruhende Navigationsfarbe bei 8,42:1.
• Zustände werden nie allein durch Farbe getragen. Jede Statusmeldung hat ein Symbol und ein Wort, Links sind unterstrichen, das Plus im Akkordeon wird zum Minus.
• Bedienung mit der Tastatur. Alles ist erreichbar, der Fokusring ist überall derselbe, gestrichelt in Golden Lock bei 9,89:1, und wird nie entfernt. Dialoge nutzen das native <dialog>-Element, sodass Fokusführung und Escape vom Browser kommen.
• Reduzierte Bewegung wird respektiert. Beiprefers-reduced-motion entfallen die Eröffnungsanimation, die Bewegungen der Seite und die automatisch startenden Videos.
• Zielgrößen und Textgrößen. Bedienelemente erreichen mindestens 44 px, in Ausnahmefällen 24 px mit Abstand; Eingabefelder setzen nie unter 16 px.
• Struktur und Sprache. Echte Überschriften, Listen, Tabellen und Beschriftungen; die Sprache jedes Abschnitts ist im Markup ausgezeichnet.

Was noch nicht barrierefrei ist

• Initialen in den Referenz-Karten stehen in Cinnabar bei 70 % und erreichen 2,82:1 statt der nötigen 4,5:1. Sie wiederholen den Namen, der daneben steht.
• Der Videoplayer bietet keine Zeitleiste und keinen Vollbildmodus. Start, Pause und Ton sind echte Schaltflächen; Untertitelspuren werden angezeigt.
• Die Schrift auf dem Videobild steht direkt auf dem Bild und kann je nach Frame schwer lesbar sein.
• Der eingebettete Kalender von Cal.com liegt außerhalb unserer Kontrolle. Wer ihn nicht nutzen kann, erreicht uns über Formular, E-Mail oder Telefon.

This is a translation of the German accessibility statement above, which is the binding version.

What we aim for

This site is built against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. Accessibility is not a check at the end here: it is part of the design system. Contrast is calculated rather than guessed, and every exception is written down with its reason.

What is in place

• Contrast is measured. Every pairing clears AA, and AAA wherever it can. Body text is 15.53:1, and the resting navigation ink 8.42:1.
• No state is carried by colour alone. Every status has an icon and a word, links are underlined, and the accordion's plus becomes a minus.
• Keyboard operation. Everything is reachable, the focus ring is the same everywhere, dashed Golden Lock at 9.89:1, and it is never removed. Dialogs use the native<dialog> element, so focus handling and Escape come from the browser.
• Reduced motion is respected. Withprefers-reduced-motion the opening animation, the page movements and the self-starting videos do not run.
• Target and text sizes. Controls clear 44px, or 24px with spacing where the criterion allows it, and nothing typed into is set below 16px.
• Structure and language. Real headings, lists, tables and labels, and the language of each section is marked in the markup.

Where it falls short

• The initials in the testimonial cards are Cinnabar at 70% and read 2.82:1 rather than the 4.5:1 small text needs. They repeat the name printed beside them.
• The video player has no scrub bar and no fullscreen. Play, pause and sound are real buttons, and caption tracks are shown.
• The words on the video sit directly on the picture and can be hard to read depending on the frame.
• The embedded Cal.com calendar is outside our control. Anyone who cannot use it can reach us through the form, by email or by phone.
